The Zoning and Planning (ZAP) Committee is developing a proposal to redesign Newton’s city-wide zoning ordinance.    All public documents can be found at a website painstakingly created by Richard Rasala at http://web.northeastern.edu/rasala/newton_zoning_docs/.

Another immensely helpful website is http://newtonrezoning.org/.  This was created by Deb Waller and allows anyone to see how any specific property would be affected by the current zoning proposal under consideration.
